During these monumental times, it is very important for us to remain in a positive state of mind as often as possible. Staying in a positive state of mind can actually aid us on the path of ascension. There are several ways in which we can achieve this.
For example, one way in which to achieve this is to, upon waking each day, think about three things from the previous day that we are thankful for. They can be positive experiences from the previous day, things that made us happy, or simply things that we are blessed to have in our lives.
It is important for us to feel into the positive emotions that we experienced the previous day related to whatever it is that we are thankful for, whether it be happiness, joy, excitement, inspiration, peace, gratefulness, etc. This can help us to set a positive tone with positive energy to start the day, and it can help us to start the day in a positive state of mind.
Thinking about what we are thankful for from the previous day can be beneficial in ways beyond starting the day in a positive state of mind, however. As was mentioned at the beginning of this article, doing so can aid us on the path of ascension.
For example, we may become thankful for the seemingly “small things” in life or for things that we don’t even realize that we should be thankful for. We may even become thankful for things that we take for granted. Taking the time to be thankful for such things in life can help us to become more conscious and can actually help us to learn humility which are very important qualities for those on the path of ascension.
Taking the time each day to think about what we are thankful for from the previous day also helps us to shift our state of mind to that of gratitude. Living in a state of gratitude can help us to increase our energy vibration and shift us to a higher state of consciousness which is exactly what ascension is all about!
